We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. Sometimes it happens—expectations may differ, or the size may not be right.

And yes, you can contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money immediately upon the return of the product. Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you wish to exchange an item, Radiant Ruche will cover the shipping fees for the new item to be delivered to you. However, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
